Welcome back to our 2nd podcast episode!
The title of this episode is "Ministry: For God or to Make Money?" Whew, that is a really deep topic. For us Christians, maybe this is a topic that is rarely discussed, but in reality, it does exist.
So, the one hosting our podcast this time is Rev. Jeremia Jordan, or as he is familiarly called, Bang Jor. At present, Rev. Jordan is one of the GKDI pastors who mentors young people. In the past, he worked as a professional musician. Besides that, he also used to serve in churches as a musician, specifically as a keyboard player. He often accompanied worship services with worship songs. And every time he served, he received what is called PK, or a love offering.
So, what was Bang Jor's perspective on PK back then? Is it okay to receive PK? And what about his own lifestyle? So if, while serving God, you also earn money at the same time, is that wrong?
